Denver to Breckenridge Private Airport Shuttle Driver

Blue Sky Limo is expanding our Breckenridge-based driver team for the 2026/2027 operating season. We are hiring professional chauffeurs to operate our private airport shuttle service between Denver International Airport (DEN) and Breckenridge, Colorado, as well as connecting runs to Keystone, Copper Mountain, Frisco, and Silverthorne. Both full-time and part-time schedules are available, and our drivers choose the days they commit to each week. What we need in return is reliability, professionalism, and a calm head when mountain conditions turn challenging.

What the Work Looks Like

A typical shift starts with a DEN pickup and ends at a Breckenridge or Summit County drop-off, covering roughly 100 miles west on I-70 through the Eisenhower-Johnson Memorial Tunnel and into Summit County. You drive one of our late-model luxury AWD SUVs, greet guests at Jeppesen Terminal Level 5, load luggage and ski gear, and deliver a smooth, professional transfer from arrival to destination. Guests on this route are leisure and business travelers heading to one of Colorado's top mountain destinations, and they tip well when the experience is handled right.

Job Responsibilities

• Transport passengers safely between DEN and Breckenridge-area destinations, including Keystone, Copper Mountain, and Frisco.
• Meet arriving guests at Jeppesen Terminal Level 5, assist with luggage and ski equipment, and confirm destination details.
• Operate the vehicle responsibly through changing I-70 conditions, including traction law days, chain law activations, and Vail Pass weather events.
• Communicate with dispatch throughout the shift and adjust for flight delays, pass closures, or itinerary changes.
• Keep the vehicle clean, stocked, and presentable before and after every run.
• Log trip details accurately, including passenger counts, mileage, and any incidents.

Requirements

• Must be at least 25 years old for insurance eligibility.
• Valid Colorado driver's license in your name with a clean five-year driving record (no serious moving violations).
• Permanent residency in Summit County or the immediate surrounding area.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Comfortable operating in ice, snow, high winds, and reduced visibility.
• Available for early-morning, late-night, holiday, and weekend shifts during peak ski season.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• No CDL required. No prior passenger transportation experience required, though it is a plus. Many of our best drivers came in with the right attitude and no transport background.
